Our Review:

My-FBuddy is an adult dating site where you can meet thousands of people just like you who are out there to meet a 'fun' buddy. We do like that the site has stuck to the 'fun' euphemism throughout, but we all know that everyone is there for just one thing. That one thing might be quite hard to find though, given that My-FBuddy's user base is relatively small compared to some sites. However, it does provide a number of useful features packaged up in a neat design.

Creating a profile on My-FBuddy is a simple affair and can be completed in a matter of minutes. However, we recommend spending a bit more time on it and thinking up some good answers to give yourself the best chance of being noticed. Profiles look pretty good once created, as does the rest of the site. It is easy to navigate and there aren't too many fancy features slowing things down and getting in the way.

Some reasonable search facilities are provided for finding your 'fun' buddy, and you can search based on location, but we have seen better elsewhere. However, there are other ways to find a match. We like the 2-way recommendation feature, which recommends members based on who you have looked at, but also recommends you to them. That way you know that you are being touted around the site and someone might take the initiative and get in touch with you. It's also possible to see who has been looking at your profile to give you a hint as to who might be interested in becoming your buddy.

One of the main let-downs of My-FBuddy is that there is no support for webcam chats. This is something many other sites offer for a similar membership cost. However, you can upload videos to your profile, which is some consolation. If you want to get in touch you can choose between sending a private email message or starting an instant messenger conversation. The messenger application works rather well and we would hope that web cam functionality is added before too long.

My-FBuddy is a decent all round adult dating site which suffers a little from a smallish member base and lack of web cam functionality. The basics are done well though and with a little time these small problems might get sorted out. One of the best things about the site in our opinion is that girls can join for free - which may help to sign up a few new members soon enough. While this is a good enough web site we recommend checking it again in a few months and it might be even better.
